August 5 (Saturday) – Optional
10:00 – Lyon Arboretum Walk (no charge)
17:30 – LTEC 50th Anniversary Celebration Dinner (additional fee & registration required)


Presentations

Presentation Equipment
All presenters for concurrent and roundtable sessions must prepare their own laptop and VGA adapter to connect to a data projector.

Presentation Rooms
All rooms will have:

  • Data projector with VGA connection
  • Speakers
  • Projection screen
  • WiFi connection

Presentation Guidelines

  • All presentations and discussion are conducted in English
  • Concurrent Sessions
    • 20-minute presentation (3 per group)
    • 5-minute discussion
  • Roundtable Sessions
    • 10-minute presentation (4 per group)
    • 5-minute discussion
